Outreach & Evangelism

• We are intentional about loving our neighbors as individuals, families, small groups and a church! The wonderful grace of God is our chief motivator.
• We endeavor to connect with the community through community service and participation both as individuals and as an entire church. We make an effort to avoid overloading the church schedule so as to allow time and energy for each member to be salt and light in their particular spheres of influence. Our church ministries are aimed at developing Christian citizens who will make a positive impact where they live and work.
• We provide training and encouragement for a lifestyle of evangelism and outreach through courses like "Proclaim" and smallgroup and Sunday contexts.
• We are involved in Vision New England's Vision ONE program, a program designed to lead churches into a culture of biblical evangelism and outreach.
• We have regular outreach activities such as quarterly churchwide fun events, community service projects, prayer outreaches, free car washes, soda give-aways, community picnics etc.
• We have an annual VBS. Check out this year's theme, Friendship Trek, a Christ-centered VBS by Concordia Publishing.
• We endeavor to provide a place where interested parties can investigate the claims of Christ in a relaxed environment, we use the Alpha course to help accomplish this.
• Our Sunday meetings are geared so visitors will feel welcomed, accepted and directed to God's grace.
• We partner with Sovereign Grace Ministries in planting churches throughout the United States and Overseas.
• We support Covenant Mercies in their work with orphans and the poor.
• As far as we are able, we seek to promote and support gospel-centered missions and outreach efforts domestically and overseas.
